Order and Delivery

• All orders placed by 2:00 PM on weekdays are shipped on the same day.
   

• For cities less than 600 km away from Istanbul, delivery takes a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 2 business days. For cities between 600-1200 km, delivery takes a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 business days. For cities over 1200 km, delivery takes a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 business days.
   

• For purchases of 1000 TL or more from fatos.com.tr, you won’t pay any shipping fees. For orders below 1000 TL, the shipping fee is 100 TL.
   

• Once your order has been shipped, you can view it under the My Orders section in your account.
   

• Before your package is dispatched, you can change the delivery address by contacting the happy customer hotline. If it has already been shipped, you will need to contact Yurtiçi Kargo directly.
